Booking Advance

All our booking advance payments are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

If for any reason any part of the payment is refundable .The same shall be done only through a bank transfer 15 days from the date of receiving a written request along with your complete bank account details .Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and the date by which you will receive the refund in your bank account along with the screenshot of the refund transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received the refund by the said date, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a transaction is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at akkarahomestay@gmail.com.

Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the Rules and Regulations which are available on the property both for in house guests and banquets and events.
